Welcome to Cedar Spring Counseling, LLC. At our practice, we provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy tailored to your unique experiences and needs. How We Help

We use a variety of evidence-based therapies, tailoring our therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Individual and Family Sessions

We offer individual and family therapy for adolescents and adults, creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is an evidence-based therapy that helps clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. We use CBT to help clients develop coping skills, challenge negative beliefs, and build resilience.

Trauma-Sensitive Yoga & Mindfulness

Somatic, or body-based, approaches to therapy help regulate the nervous system, reduce PTSD symptoms, and promote a sense of safety in the body. By fostering awareness, emotional regulation, and self-compassion, these approaches empower individuals to heal at their own pace. Research shows they can decrease anxiety, depression, and stress while enhancing overall well-being.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a powerful therapy that helps clients process and heal from past trauma. We use EMDR to help clients reprocess traumatic memories, reduce distressing symptoms, and build resilience.
